  ESL Job Search (Sally)

I am planning on trying to go to apply for an International ESL Teaching Position. I have heard that when you are applying overseas your resume is a little different that those created in the United States.

Thanks

Sally

Sally, there are differences between U.S. and International Resumes. One of the biggest differences is... Many countries require that you include your date and place of birth, marital status, country status, personal identifcation number. You may even need to include the number of children you have, ages, but I don't think the later is necessary. Unlike the U.S. many request you include your references with your resume.

These are just some of the differences. Good luck with your job search overseas.

To your success,

Candace Davies
